He was born in Galkot Municipality-8, Kandebas, Baglung District, Gandaki Province of Nepal and is currently living in Lalitpur Metropolitan City Jawalakhel, Lalitpur Nepal. He completed his Master’s Degree in English from Tribhuvan University, in 2000 B.S. And in 2011 He completed his M.Phil in Education from Singhania University, Rajasthan, India.
