To make these short package trainings effective, KTC mobilized the trainers from different organizations as TITI, Nepal Government local bodies and subject matter experts. KTC mobilized trainers to conduct different training in different organizations such as, TITI, Plan International Nepal, World Vision International Nepal, Change Action Nepal (CAN), Center for Dalit Women Nepal (CDWN), FAIRMADE Morang, Okhaldhunga Community Hospital (CBRC), IOM Kathmandu, Home Net Nepal, ETSC Hetauda, PHASE Nepal MEDEP/UNDP, FEDO, RICOD, RIMS Nepal, ECARDS Nepal. SDC, NSCFP, VSBK, ADRA Nepal, DDC Kathmandu, DDC Bajura, DDC Bhojpur, Eco-Himal, The Mountain Institute-TMI, CMC Nepal, LEED, SAHARA Samuha, Action Aid Nepal, ICIMOD, WWF Rasuwa, LWF Dhangadhi, CoPP Helvetas, LILI Helvetas Surkhet & Dolakha, CESVI Solukhumbu, Helen Kelar International Dhangadhi, Capcron Jawalakhel, Chhimeki Sastha, Share & Care, CCDN,  UMN, Chaudhari Group Nawalparasi, Manekor Society Rasuwa, Plan Nepal (RKJS) Bardiya, PEACEWIN Bajura,  Mero Micro Finance, Nyaik Sansar/Tevel Nepal Kathmandu, Maiti Nepal, UEMS Lalitpur, BSC Nepal Kathmandu INF Nepal, etc. Except for the in house training conducted according to the planned calendar of the KTC a range of customized training was conducted as the interest of the partner organizations. The training was conducted in and out of the Kathmandu as desired and demanded by the partner organizations. The subject matter of the training varied as per the demand of the client organizations.
